You’re applying for the Home Insulation Rebate.

Please read the important information below:

To apply, you must be a registered Efficiency Manitoba supplier.

Make sure you have the following information handy:

• Your myEM account username/email and password (if you don't have an account yet, select "Create account" on the login page)
• The homeowner’s contact information (first name, last name, address, phone number, email address)
• Details about the work (square footage of each area being insulated, original R-value, R-value being added)
• Our square footage measuring guide
• Our insulation R-value per inch chart

The homeowner must have an email address in order to apply online. If the customer doesn’t have an email address, send a photo or PDF of the paper application to homeinsulation@efficiencyMB.ca.

Approval is required for the Home Insulation Program. Remember not to start any insulation work including installing materials or removing existing drywall, stucco, or insulation until we’ve approved your customer's application.
